Return policy

1. In case you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must inform us strictly upon receipt via email: info@atheart.gr. Once the defect of the product or the incorrect product is confirmed, you can either a) have the same product sent back to you without defects, or b) request a refund to the bank account you specify via email. Following this, you need to return it within 14 days of receipt to our company. 

2. Please complete the Special Withdrawal Form that you will find here Special Withdrawal Form (EN) and notify us via email upon receipt of the product. You must return it within 14 days of receiving it to our company. We will then send you the correct product.

In the situations mentioned above, the company covers the shipping costs for the returns.

If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, you have the option to do so within 14 days of receiving the product from our company by purchasing another product of equal value to the price you have already paid, or a product of higher value by paying the additional cost. The shipping costs will be borne by you. Any damage incurred to the product during its return will be your responsibility. The product cannot be replaced if it has been worn or if its special marking has been removed.

Right of Withdrawal

You may return a product without justification within fourteen (14) days from its delivery. You must fill in the special Withdrawal Form that you will find here Special Withdrawal Form (EN) and send it to our email address (email: info@atheart.gr). Please note that all products must be intact, in their original packaging, and the special markings must not have been removed or damaged. Along with the product, the proof of purchase must accompany it, as well as any gift that accompanies the product, and they must be sent to our company’s address:

Our company will refund you an amount equal to the value of the returned product as well as the shipping costs (which you may have paid for the shipping of the product to you) to the bank account you specify in your withdrawal statement, within 14 days of the email being sent and the product being received. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will not accept returns if the products are damaged, worn, or soiled. You do not have the right of withdrawal for personalized products created at your request.
