Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Greece
For domestic shipments within Greece, we use ACS Basic Express Services, with delivery times varying depending on the destination.
Cyprus
For shipments to Cyprus, we use ACS Cyprus Economy Service. This service regards the collection of consignments from the sender’s address and delivery to Cyprus by sea transport.
European Union
For international shipments to Europe, we use ACS Europe Economy, in cooperation with GLS as well as with other well-known international companies.
Rest of the World
For destinations outside Europe, we offer ACS Express for fast and reliable shipping.

Returns
For Exchange or Refund you must fill in the Special Withdrawal Form that you will find here EN or GR and send it to our email address.
Exchange
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please complete the special withdrawal form and notify us via email upon receipt of the product. You must return it within 14 days of receiving it to our company. We will then send you the correct product. In the situations mentioned above, the company covers the shipping costs for the returns.
Refund
Our company will refund you an amount equal to the value of the returned product as well as the shipping costs (which you may have paid for the shipping of the product to you) to the bank account you specify in your withdrawal statement, within 14 days of the email being sent and the product being received. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will not accept returns if the products are damaged, worn, or soiled.
